MAD MEN bosses are holding an auction selling off seriously covetable pieces for the stylish TV series featuring dresses worn by January Jones and Christina Hendricks. Bidders can also buy a walk-on role to feature in season five.

Lots include a teal evening dress seen on Jones and a metallic brocade dress worn by the character Bobbie Barrett. Other items up for grabs include vintage Sixties furniture and props from the show’s Sterling Cooper advertising agency.

In other TV news, Glee fans will be pleased to hear a new fashion line inspired by the series will be launched in Macy’s this weekend. According to the Daily Mail, the range will include preppy miniskirts, Cheerio uniforms in the style of character Quinn Fabrays and tracksuits a la Sue Sylvester.
